Cie Inflexions: regional tour and artistic residencies
In 2024, the company Inflexions is back in South-East Europe to continue the regional tour of the show „As we drove short short horizon lines“ and start the creation of the new piece „No.oN“.
„As we drove short short horizon-lines“ is a collaborative production involving France, Belgium, and Croatia. This performance, blending choreography, oral poetry, and music, features Croatian dancer Nastasja Štefanić Kralj, Kurdish musician Stalin (Abdi) Blake, and French choreographer and poet Claire Huber.
„No.oN“ is a scenic poem that incorporates choreography, voice, and contemporary music. This artistic project interacts with Claire Huber’s poem of the same name and „Rebonds A“ by Iannis Xenakis, delving into the theme of the „body that says no.“
Supported by Teatroskop since its creation, the show „As we drove short short horizon lines“ also received support from the « Touring and Capacity Building Grants » by Teatroskop in 2022 and 2023. In 2024, the support will continue for a part of the „As we drove short short horizon-lines“ tour as well as for the „No.oN“ artistic residencies.
