„La réconciliation“: Collectif Martine à la plage

The Martine à la plage collective is embarking on a regional mini-tour, accompanied by professional workshops, as part of the Nuit du cirque 2021.

In „The Reconciliation“, the juggler, Johan Swartvagher, attempts the absurd and heroic act of awakening and consoling the photographs of Bertrand Depoortère through juggling. The photographer, on the other hand, attempts a careful observation of the space. By extension, this utopian act tells a story that goes beyond the two authors, that of the possibility of consoling the world through art. An act which is objectively impossible but which finds its strength in the very attempt.
